△ Achieve 247 (the "App") is a personal life alignment app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

The App is designed to store your goals, daily actions, and progress locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not sync your personal goal data to our servers.
The App may store locally:
Uninstalling the App removes this locally stored data from your device. We do not retain a separate cloud copy of your goals or progress.
Paid plans are processed by Apple through in-app purchase. RevenueCat is used to validate subscription and lifetime access. Payment card details are handled by Apple, not by us. Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase-related identifiers (such as device or purchase tokens) needed to confirm and restore access.

The App does not include third-party advertising or analytics SDKs in the current version.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Because goal and progress data live on your device, you can delete that data by clearing App data or uninstalling the App. For privacy questions or requests related to this policy, email us at the address below.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
