These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Achieve 247 mobile application (the "App").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Achieve 247 is a personal productivity and life-alignment tool (Balance. Build. Become.). It helps you organize goals across life areas, track daily actions, and view progress over time. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the App at purchase time. Paid plans unlock the same core access (goals and daily actions without free-plan caps); they differ by billing method and duration.
Reasonable technical limits may apply to protect app performance and stability.
Achieve 247 Monthly and Achieve 247 Annual are auto-renewable subscriptions offered through Apple In-App Purchase.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. We do not process refunds directly.
The App does not provide medical, mental health, financial, legal, or religious advice. Content and features are for personal organization and motivation only. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on your use of the App.
Your goals and progress are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device and any data you wish to preserve. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid for App access in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) zero if you have only used the free plan. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop offering or supporting the App, or restrict access, at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.
We may modify these Terms or the App at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law in your place of residence.
